How do I purchase wholesale? TOP

To puchase wholesale you must have a retail store and supply us with a tax identification number. Fill out the form under the wholeslae tab to apply. A Minimum Order does apply.

Is there a wholesale minimum order? TOP
Yes, $200 opening order and a $100 reorder. Also, each item has specific minimums.

Where do you ship from? TOP
We ship from Central PA.  Local pickup is available by appointment.

How does an electric candle work? TOP

Our electric candles are made from a specially formulated wax to withhold the heat of the bulb but not to melt.  If product instructions are followed properly, the candle will never melt, as compared to other brands. The scent will last for a few months then can be refreshed with our refresher oils by sticking a Q-Tip in the bottle and wiping the inside of the candle.

I had other electric candle that melted, will yours melt too? TOP
No, we use a special 5 watt bulb to make sure it won't melt. Others put in a 7 or higher bulb, which most likely will always melt.

Are your items handmade? TOP
Yes, everything is handmade in our facility.

Do you have a catalog? TOP

We do not currently have a catalog.  All of our items are on our website.

Do you do custom/private labeling? TOP
Yes, on some items.  Contact us on what you have planned.

Who designs your items? TOP

All our designs and ideas come from 3 specific areas

Beware of the companies that have copied our line, they quality is not the same as what we have.  In fact we have 2 former customers that have copied our line overnight without quality or effective testing. We experimented and brainstormed up our products for years.

We try to bring uniqueness to every product, that's why generally no two are alike.

Can I purchase retail? TOP
Yes, just ignore the minimums at the product descriptions. However we encourage you to see our items for yourself at one of the stores that carry our products.   For a list of stores in your area, please provide us with your city, state, and zip code.

Do you do custom orders? TOP
Yes, will do however, full payment is required before we begin the order.

What are your shipping charges? TOP

Wholesale Orders get shipped UPS unless otherwise requested.  Charges fluctuate, however we cap our charges at 15%

Retail Orders are as follows:

$26-50 $7.50

$51-100  $10.00

$100+ Free

What kind of payments do you accept? TOP

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.  You may also prepay with a check or money order for your order including shipping charges.
